Although this is a dental office, there are some oral surgical procedures performed that are only covered under medical insurance. We take most medical insurances and depending on your provider, but please check with your insurance company to see if you need a referral from your medical doctor. Please do not hesitate to call the office for any questions. Call your insurance provider to determine coverages. If you do not have any insurance, fear not! We offer discounts to those who cannot afford dental or medical procedures.

All patients are expected to pay a deposit on their visit, whether it’s a surgery or consultation to estimate any copays or liabilities. If the deposit is an overestimate, the patient will be provided a refund after services are rendered. If the deposit is an underestimate, then the patient will be billed at a later date. Any payment that is over due 60 days is subject to extra charges and interest. We do not offer payment plans, but are willing to compromise with timing of the payments as long as entire payment is paid in full on final surgery date.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
